Today, videoconferencing does not require advanced technology - a fast network connection and Skype are usually enough. We do have a less technical requirement, though - we need you to have a camera on your end so we can see each developer participating, because effective instruction
relies upon many non-verbal cues from the students. We can waive this requirement for people we have met personally (such as through on-site training) and accept voice input only.
